Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, the unprecedented development of railway infrastructure across the country is progressing at a rapid pace. In this context, today, Nabarangpur MP Balabhadra Majhi met General Manager of East Coast Railway Zone Defnkwal and discussed in detail the progress of Jaipur-Nabarangpur and Jaipur-Malkangiri railway projects. Currently, about 90% of the land acquisition work has been completed.
While the tender process for Jaipur-Vaipariguda has been completed, the tender for Vaipariguda-Malkangiri has been called. Similarly, the tender for Jaipur-Nabarangpur will be called soon. The General Manager of East Coast Railway Zone has promised that the work on the railway line will start from next November. It is hoped that if the work on this railway project starts as soon as possible, the infrastructure of the local area will be strengthened.
