Bhagwan Mohanty: A joint public grievance redressal camp of the District Magistrate and SP was held at the Muribahal Block Office of Balangir District on Monday. Balangir District Magistrate Gaurav Shivaji Isalwar, Development Officer Taranisen Suna, Titilagarh Sub-District Magistrate Padmanabh Samantraya were present in this camp and a total of 101 grievances were heard. Out of which 87 individual and 14 collective grievances were registered.
Complaints related to various problems including housing scheme, water problem, roads, allowances and others came for hearing. The District Tribal Welfare Association Muribahal discussed the problems of the tribals with the District Magistrate. Many people of the block area filed various objections and complaints.
Kantabanji SDPO Laxminarayan Marandi, BDO Basanti Sethi, Additional Tehsildar Jagadish Karta, Account Officer Ghenuram Tandi, BEO Shantu Kumar Padhihari, CDPO Purnima Bainu, Muribahal IIC Bulu Munda, GPDO Prasanna Kumar Nag, AI Avinash Mudi, Electricity Department AI Binayak Raut, Section Officer Mohammed Junde, BSSO Riku Meher were prominently present in this camp. All the junior engineers of the block, PEO, ADEO, supply assistant, geotag and block staff members fully cooperated with the camp.
Muribahal BDO Smt. Basanti Sethi said that 101 complaints were filed in the camp. Out of these, 87 were individual and 14 were collective complaints.
