Bhagwan Mohanty: Balangir District Education Officer Sudhanshu Shekhar Mishra visited Muribahal Block Sadar Panchayat High School after attending the Muribahal Joint Grievance Hearing on Monday.
During the visit, he reviewed the teaching system, student attendance, examination results and infrastructure facilities of the school. He visited the classrooms and had direct discussions with the students and inspected the quality of teaching. He also inspected the sanitation system, drinking water, library, science laboratory and mid-day meal system of the school.
During his interaction with the teachers, DEO Shri Mishra emphasized on improving the basic learning skills of the students, regular class teaching and 100 percent attendance. He advised them to successfully implement various programs being run by the government in the education sector.
During the visit, the in-charge Principal Hemant Bagh was present and apprised the District Education Officer about the academic activities of his school, examination results, attendance of students and various developmental works. Block Education Officer Shantanu Kumar Padhihari was also present during the visit.
