In view of the possible Covid-19 situation, today, in a high-level meeting at Lok Seva Bhawan, the Hon’ble Minister of Health and Family Welfare Dr. Mukesh Mahaling chaired a review meeting on various preparations and necessary steps. He said that there is no need to worry about this now.
The state government is in constant coordination with the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the government is fully prepared to deal with any situation, the Hon’ble Minister said in his speech. He requested the public not to be disturbed or scared by any rumours or propaganda, to remain alert and to follow the necessary health safety rules. Health Secretary Ashwathi S., National Health Mission Director Brenda D and senior officials of the Health Department were present in the meeting.
