The boundary wall of Titilagarh Forest Department in Balangir district was seen collapsing on Wednesday morning. According to locals, when the wall collapsed, it fell on a bull sitting nearby. On receiving the news, the locals immediately ran and rescued the bull.
Fortunately, since it was morning, there was not much traffic on the road. Locals said that many vendors and pushers used to come and go to school or in the evening. If such an incident had happened at that time, a big incident could have occurred. Therefore, it is being discussed in the area that it was narrowly avoided. Locals have demanded that the administration take immediate steps to repair the collapsed part and inspect other weak parts.
