In accordance with the joint decision of the Law Department and the Home Department and on the instructions of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions in Bhubaneswar, the two-day training camp for all non-cadre public prosecutors of the district concluded today at the District Magistrate’s Conference Hall in Paralakhemundi, Sadar Magistrate’s Court, Gajapati District, in the coordination of Deputy Director of Prosecutions Department Ajit Kumar Patnaik and in the presence of Cadre Public Prosecutor in-charge of the District Court Rajesh Kumar Mishra.
In this sequence, today, first of all, Mr. Mishra expressed his views on the special contribution of government prosecutors in the fast-track trial system, followed by Assistant Director of the Department D. Anupraj Acharya expressed his views on the duties of government prosecutors in the court. At that time, Paralakhemundi SDPO Madhavananda Nayak, who was present there, expressed his opinion that the police will always try to provide justice to as many victims as possible. Later, Scientific Officer Soumya Darshan Mohapatra made everyone aware of how justice can be provided effectively through scientific methods. Finally, R. Udayagiri SDPO IPS Rakesh Kumar Sahu expressed his views on how to deal with newly emerging crimes and provide speedy justice to the victims and honored all the newly appointed prosecutors for their efficiency. Finally, Cadre Public Prosecutor in-charge Rajesh Kumar Mishra thanked and expressed gratitude to everyone for the smooth conduct of the program. All the non-cadre prosecutors of the district participated in today’s program.
