Collector & SP Hold Joint Grievance Cell In Sinapali; 92 Complaints Registered

A joint grievance redressal camp of the District Magistrate and the Security Officer was successfully held today at the Sinapali Block Hall of Nuapada District. Organized under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Madhusudan Dash, various problems of the people were heard in this camp.

Forest Officer (Provincial) Aziz Khan, Forest Officer (Central) A. Madhavilata, District Chief Development Officer Lambadar Dharua, Additional Security Officer Ranjit Nayak, Sinapali Video Karmi Oram, Tehsildar Upanjali Majhi were prominently present in the camp. Deputy Collector Sheikh Naseem assisted in the management of the camp.

A total of 92 complaints, including 79 individual and 13 group complaints, were heard from the people from various village panchayats of Sinapali Block. Officers of various line departments were present and took necessary steps for the speedy resolution of the complaints.

On this occasion, a cheque of Rs 10,000 was given to a pair of teenage cadets from the Red Cross Fund.

Arvind Hota of Chhatiyaguda, Arun Kumar Harijan of Godal and Kunj Bihari Meher of Ghantiguda were honoured with the “Swachhta Dutt” award for their significant contribution in creating public awareness and promoting cleanliness.

The programme was attended by officers from various departments at the district and block levels, members of the public and media representatives.
